InviRapid® Egg Allergen Ag Test is an immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of the presence of egg allergen in food and environmental samples. All reagents required for the test are included in the kit. The test results are interpreted visually. This test is suitable for detecting unknown ingredients or ambiguous labeling in processed foods. InviRapid® Egg Allergen Ag Test can be used to validate and verify allergen cleaning procedures in manufacturing and analytical environments. This test is also suitable for quality control in food processing plants, particularly at the stages of raw material receipt, processing, and finished product. Under optimal conditions, the kit can detect allergenic substances with high sensitivity—at least 1 mg of allergenic substance per kg of food sample.
