Dichloran Glycerin Selective Agar (DG18 Agar) is a selective medium used in microbiology for the isolation and enumeration of molds (fungi) from low moisture environments, such as dried foods, grains, spices, and products with low water activity. This medium is the standard recommended by ISO 21527-2 for fungal analysis in food and low moisture products.
