PT Satya Abadi Pharma (Sapharma) was established in 2011, commenced operations on October 1, 2022, with a business focus on Pharmaceuticals. Located in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, the shareholders (founders) are Mr. Soesatijo Jusuf and Mr. Ir. Agus Suwarno

In 2016, along with the development and growth of the Company so that it requires complete and adequate facilities, Sapharma moved its original position in South Jakata, DKI Jakarta to South Tangerang, Banten.

The business focus at the beginning of the company was on Plasma Protein Therapies and in just 6 years, Sapharma has become one of the leading companies in the sale of plasma protein products with marketing area coverage in 60 cities in Indonesia.

In 2017 Sapharma established a subsidiary PT Agraprana Sena Anugerah (ASA) which focuses on marketing microbiology and laboratory products, with a 25% Share.

In 2018 Sapharma enlarged and expanded its business along with the change of shareholders to: Ir. Agus Suwarno, Anwar Effendi Khoo and Dra. Ruslena, Apt.

In 2021, Sapharma began to penetrate the digital market through several digital marketplaces with the Sapharma official store.

Sapharma has made various efforts and strategies to develop its business, one of which is through the development and establishment of subsidiaries, by establishing a subsidiary that focuses on marketing, PT Satya Ananta Pharma, then acquiring 99% share of PT Agraprana Sena Anugerah,

Then to strengthen Sapharma's competitiveness, it acquired a pharmaceutical factory located in South Tangerang and made it one of its subsidiaries, PT Satya Arkana Pharmaceuticals.
