Adults once a day. One capsule. Used with a maximum dose of 4000 IU/day until reaching
optimum serum 25 (OH)D (40-60 ng/ml) for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days

Store below 30°C in a tightly sealed container and shielded from light
Side Effects
Stop use in case of allergic symptoms, including swollen face/tongue/liberal, difficulty
Swallow, itch, pruritus, rash, urticaria and difficulty breathing.
Warnings and Attention
- Check blood Vitamin D levels after 3 (three) months of use
- Consult a doctor for use in pregnant and nursing mothers, sufferers
kidney disease, kidney stones, liver, heart, lung, epilepsy and parathyroid hormone disorders
- Stop use in case of allergic symptoms
- Calcium consumption is recommended not to be excessive according to the Nutrition Adequacy Number (AKG)
